This is as close to the obvious as I ever get.
If there is any trend to be seen here, I suppose it is that I’m a great fit for industries that all look alike, or are perceived to be so in the marketplace. When it comes to healthcare or health care, regardless of whether you’re a one-word or two-word speller, I will admit that I was around when DRGs and HMOs were invented.
The important common denominator is more about mind set than demographic descriptor or SEC code. Most of these people had something important to say, in one form or another, and they wanted it to be anything but blah.

Hang on for the ride!” Mark LeBlanc President Small Business Success 2007-2008 President of the National Speakers Association “How can I thank you enough for destroying the way I thought about my business? Beyond the promised benefits of standing out and getting better results in the marketplace, you’ve made me look at my work from the viewpoint of a ‘civilian.’ I am as excited about my business as when I started 14 years ago. In one short workshop you blasted away years of unsightly platitudinous build-up.
